Quotes 5

"When the class enemy is physically stronger than we are, we should be peaceful. When we are stronger than the class enemy, we should kick their asses. But there's no reason for a lot of public yap about this, one way or the other. We're not under any obligation to commit ourselves to either violence or non-violence."

"The revolution is not an apple that falls when it is ripe. You have to make it fall."
-Che Guevara

"To achieve great things, two things are needed; a plan, and not quite enough time. "
-Leonard Bernstein

If it were necessary to give the briefest possible definition of imperialism, we should have to say that imperialism is the monopoly stage of capitalism.
-Vladimir Lenin

"I've been married to one Marxist and one Fascist, and neither one would take the garbage out.”

-Lee Grant

"Anarchism does not mean bloodshed; it does not mean robbery, arson, etc. These monstrosities are, on the contrary, the characteristic features of capitalism. Anarchism means peace and tranquility to all."

-August Spies, Haymarket anarchist

Snowed in

Today I'm snowed in. I've been snowed in for a few days. It's amazingly deep. This may mean more posts, but it certainly means less work on the Revolution. I guess it gives me some time to reread Guerrilla Warfare (by Che Guevara) and Do It (Jerry Rubin.) I've been meaning to do that for awhile. If anybody has any ideas for things for me to post about please comment on one of my recent entries. Thanks. Viva La Revolution!

Realization; Why I am How I am

In the reading of "steal this book" and living in a time of pointless war, I woke up. I woke up to fascism, to war, to greed. I could see the world and I didn't like what I saw. I felt useless, lokking for something, ANYTHING, to help the cause. I read Abbie Hoffman, Che Guevara, Marx, and Praudon (I might have misspelled that.)
I converted to a Marxist school of thought. Yet I knew that for there to be equallity, balence must be acheived and maybe the overthrow of governments and cultures. For this, I saw Anarchy. Anarchy is the ying to the yang of fascism. The offset of totalitarianism. The flag bearer in the overthrow of control.
I am a Marxo-Anarchist and this is my revilation, my rebellion, my retaliation. This is my realization.

Obama Victory; A Powerful Blow to Fascism!

As you well know. Obama is now the president elect of the United States of Amerika. Altho this may seem like just another fascist election there are a few reasons why this is monumental to the revolution. Here are a few.
1) Mccain lost: He was anti-poor/middle class, and VERY Pro-Borguise.
2) He will socialize health care and centralize dept to the Gov.: COMMUNISM!!
3) He's black: This may seem meaningless for the revolution or maybe even racist (I'm not rascist) but for years black people have been a strong part of the revolution front. (E.I. Black Panthers)
4) His victory has throwen a nearly game ending blow to the Fasco-Republicans.

EDIT: I WAS WRONG ABOUT THIS! IT'S JUST MORE OF THE SAME. I SEE NOW THAT EVEN I WAS CAUGHT UP IN HIS PROPAGANDA AND I TAKE RESPONSABILITY FOR THIS ERROR.

Sorry about post gap

As The title says this is an apology for not posting in a while. It's been a combination of not having anything to talk about, Not wanting to patronize the canidates by talking about the election (but everyone really shoulsd vote), and being INCREDABLY buisy. But This storm is passing and new posts are on the way soon!

Quotes 4

The world is a dangerous place to live, not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don't do anything about it.
-Albert Einstein
.
Men never do evil so completely and cheerfully as when they do it from religious conviction.
-Blaise Pascal
.
Disobedience, in the eyes of anyone who has read history, is man's original virtue. It is through disobedience that progress has been made, through disobedience and through rebellion.
-Oscar Wilde
.
"Rise up and abandon the creeping meatball!"
-Yippies
.
Those who profess to favor freedom and yet depreciate agitation, are people who want crops without ploughing the ground; they want rain without thunder and lightning; they want the ocean without the roar of its many waters. The struggle may be a moral one, or it may be a physical one, or it may be both. But it must be a struggle. Power concedes nothing without a demand; it never has and it never will.
-Frederick Douglass
.
"A society which suppresses adventure makes the only adventure the suppression of that society."
-Jerry Rubin
.
"The mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation. What is called resignation is confirmed desperation."
— Henry David Thoreau

“One of the hardest things to teach a child is that the truth is more important than the consequences.”

"Suspicion always haunts the guilty mind”
- William Shakespeare

“All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become.”

THE U.S. GOVERNMENT IS FULL OF FILTHY HYPOCRITES!!!

I'm not saying that Russia's invasion of Georgia is right, in fact I am strongly opposed to any Invasion that could be avoided, but when George W. Bush and Condeleezza Rice of all people says that an invasion of a country shouldn't happen in the 21st century they are saying to do as I say not as I do and are blatantly contradicting things they have said many times before. Mccain also says the same thing! Do you really want a president who will be hypocritical and more of the same?

Chicago 10

http://watch-movies.net/movies/chicago_10/

I just finished watching this film and I really liked it. I think that the use of animation to convey the trial transcripts is genius. It really makes you think about the activism of the 60s and the fascism that can come out of this system. The above link is to a site that you can view this great movie, and in true Yippie spirit it's free to watch it at this site.

Quotes 2

Here are some more quotes.

“Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun.”
- Mao Tse-Tung

“Those who hate most fervently must have once loved deeply; those who want to deny the world must have once embraced what they now set on fire.”
-Kurt Tucholsky

“Eager souls, mystics and revolutionaries, may propose to refashion the world in accordance with their dreams; but evil remains, and so long as it lurks in the secret places of the heart, utopia is only the shadow of a dream”
-Nathaniel Hawthorne

“I began revolution with 82 men. If I had to do it again, I do it with 10 or 15 and absolute faith. It does not matter how small you are if you have faith and plan of action.”
-Fidel Castro

"You can't pay attention to your mistakes. I made a mistake today, I made a mistake yesterday. I think it's ... very important to ignore the negative."
-Jerry Rubin

Quotes 1

I have many quotes that I find inspiring, revolutionary, insightful or just plain true. I value these quotes and have decided to share them with anyone who is willing to read them in my new segment, Quotes. So here goes my first Quotes.

"We were free until we stopped fighting, now no one has freedom."
-Chief Tawonka
"Where the broom does not reach, the dust will not vanish of itself."
-Chairman Mao
"The first duty of a revolutionary is to get away with it."
-Abbie Hoffman
"Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable."
-John F. Kennedy

Blind Conformists

Do you support Obama?
If yes, name me at least one of his policies that you agree with (He's Black doesn't count!)
If you can't do this but you answered yes to the first question, you are a Blind Conformist!
Al tho I think that Obama is the best choice for president out of the two nominees (Mcain and Obama) It makes me sick seeing politics turn into a popularity contest in which the only deciding factor is who has the most celebrity backing or who's more christian than the other. People should look at politics without race or gender altering their opinion and ignoring who their favorite actor or random musician throws their support toward! Anyone who uses those idiotic methods is a blind conformist. They just do whatever's popular without a thought to why it's a good or bad. These people don't see the cliffs they're jumping off. They just see the crowd that's jumping off with them. They're social lemmings that clog the blood flow to the brain of this country with their Abercrombe and Fitch and their mile high landfills of last week's style and yesterday's animal tested make-up.
